Parcels are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment for your order. We work with La Poste for shipments within France and UPS for shipments to all countries in the European zone.
All our parcels are shipped with insurance and will be delivered with signature only. The insurance covers loss, damage, or possible theft of your parcel. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will always send a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage fees. The boxes we use are perfectly suited for transporting bracelets and ensure that your items are properly protected throughout the entire shipping process.
