About our bracelets

Are the beads used in your bracelets natural?

All our bracelets are made from natural, untreated precious or fine (semi-precious) stones. We only offer premium bracelets crafted from rare stones of the highest quality.

What bracelet size should I choose?

Before ordering a bracelet from our website, we recommend measuring your wrist circumference using a tape measure and adding approximately 1cm so that it is not too tight. If you do not have a tape measure, you can wrap a piece of string or even a strip of paper around your wrist and then transfer the corresponding length onto a ruler.

Are the bracelets sold with certificates of authenticity?

Yes. To ensure that you are purchasing bracelets made from authentic stones, all our jewelry is certified by the FGL (French Gemologist Laboratory). The FGL's professional gemologists are all graduates of the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and are therefore legally authorized to issue certificates of authenticity.

How can I obtain the certificate of authenticity for a bracelet after purchase?

Certificates of authenticity are provided in digital format (pdf files). You can download them only after placing an order; the download links are available directly in the Orders section of your customer account.


Payments information

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments by cheque or cash are not accepted.

Are credit card payments secure?

Our entire website is secured (HTTPS protocol), and the entire payment process is fully encrypted. With the implementation of 3D Secure authentication, your banking transactions are protected against fraud.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

We do not accept installment payments. Orders are prepared and shipped only once full payment of the total order amount has been confirmed.

Which carriers do you work with?

We work with La Poste for shipments within France (mainland France and overseas territories) and with UPS for shipments to mainland France and all countries within the European zone.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship your purchases to France (mainland France and overseas territories) as well as all countries of the European Union, including but not limited to: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Réunion Island, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, New Caledonia, the Netherlands, Poland, French Polynesia, Portugal, Romania, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, and Wallis and Futuna.

What are the delivery times?

Average delivery times vary depending on the destination address and the selected carrier. For standard shipments via UPS or La Poste within mainland France, delivery generally takes around 2 business days. This timeframe increases to approximately 5 days for shipments to EU countries, around one week for overseas departments (DOM), and about ten days for overseas territories (TOM). These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual; they may vary due to climatic or geopolitical factors beyond our control.

How can I track my parcel?

An email containing the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You will then be able to track the progress of your parcel directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please remember to check your spam folder.

Are shipments insured?

For security reasons, all our parcels are shipped with insurance and are delivered against signature. The insurance covers loss, damage, or possible theft of your parcel.

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

The first step is to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking link. If the website indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier with your shipment number and ask them to provide a copy of the signature confirming delivery. If the carrier is unable to provide this proof, we will open a claim in order to activate the insurance and obtain a refund.


Our warranty/returns policy

What is the withdrawal period?

If for any reason you do not wish to keep your purchase, you have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us so that we can arrange the return with you. To be accepted, returned items must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn. Once the items have been received, we can offer you either a refund or a store credit to be used on a future order.

How does the warranty work?

Our bracelets are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date you receive your order. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover improper use. We use ultra-resistant thread to assemble our bracelets, and they can last for many years if handled with care. However, for example, if you snag your bracelet, expose it to unsuitable substances (chlorinated water, salt water, chemicals, etc.), or drop it and it breaks, the warranty will not apply.

What should I do if my bracelet breaks?

Accidents can happen to anyone. If your bracelet breaks by accident, please be sure to collect all the beads and contact us so that we can find a solution together.


About your customer account

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you no longer remember your password, you can request a reset by clicking on the Forgot password link directly in the login form of your customer account. An email containing a new temporary password will be sent to you, allowing you to log in. If you do not receive this email, please remember to check your spam folder.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can use it by entering it in the “Do you have a promo code?” field during the checkout process. If you experience any difficulties using a discount code, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you.

I am not receiving your emails. Is this normal?

If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam folder. We also recommend adding Stone Bracelets’ email addresses to your address book to ensure you do not miss any of our communications.

How can I subscribe to your newsletter?

If you wish to receive our newsletter, simply check the box “I agree to subscribe to the monthly newsletter” in the My information section of your customer account. The frequency of our newsletters will never exceed two emails per month.

How can I download the invoice for my purchase?

Once payment for your order has been confirmed and your parcel has been shipped, an email containing your invoice will be automatically sent to your email address. You can also download the PDF file directly from the My Orders section of your customer account.
