These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website www.stone-bracelets.net, specializing in the online sale of natural stone bracelets. Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
Article 1 – Seller Information
Company Perles del Mon, located at 8 Cami Ral, 2-1, AD100 Prats-Canillo, Andorra.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are natural stone bracelets, made from carefully selected fine and/or semi-precious stones. Each product is described in detail. Due to the natural nature of the stones, variations in color, transparency, or veining may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of the products and cannot be considered a defect. The photographs shown on the website are not digitally retouched but are not contractual.
Article 3 – Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding any delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated. Any delivery charges are specified before final order validation.
Article 4 – Ordering
The customer places orders directly on the website. The order is considered final after :

2. Shopping cart validation
3. Billing/shipping information entry
4. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
5. Payment validation
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are :

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
Payments are secured through certified payment providers. Bank details are never stored by the website.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure. Packages are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the customer must contact the seller by email. Products must be returned :
• In their original packaging
• In perfect condition
• Unworn
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the seller.
Article 8 – Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned products, the seller will either issue a refund or a credit note (depending on the customer's choice). The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.
Article 9 – Warranty
Bracelets are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes :
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse
• Impacts, drops, or snagging
• Contact with unsuitable substances (chlorinated water, salt water, chemicals etc.)
Article 10 – Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. In any event, the seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Andorran law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the Andorran courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
